Delivery and Identification Requirements Policy
Delivery services are available only within designated service areas, in accordance with applicable provincial and municipal regulations. Please refer to each store’s homepage for delivery availability and service details.
To comply with government regulations governing the sale and delivery of cannabis, customers must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order, including:
- Full legal name
- Phone number
- Delivery address
- Date of birth (to verify legal age)
All personal information is collected and stored securely and will be retained only for the period required by applicable laws and regulations.
All orders must be paid in full prior to leaving the store. We accept payment via e-transfer and credit or debit card through our authorized payment providers.
At the time of delivery, the customer who placed the order must be present and must provide:
- Valid government-issued photo identification confirming they are of legal age to purchase cannabis
- The same credit or debit card used to complete the purchase (if applicable)
For compliance reasons:
- Deliveries will only be made to the individual who placed the order
- Orders cannot be left unattended or with a third party
- Delivery will be refused if valid identification is not provided or if the customer appears to be intoxicated
We reserve the right to refuse delivery if any legal or safety requirements are not met.
