1. Final Sale Policy
All cannabis product sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for cannabis products once they have been purchased, except in cases where an incorrect product was provided or the product is confirmed to be damaged or defective at the time of receipt.

2. Eligibility for Refunds or Exchanges
Refunds or exchanges may be considered only under the following circumstances:

·        The product received does not match the order placed; or

·        The product is damaged or defective upon receipt.

All requests are subject to review and approval at our sole discretion and must comply with applicable cannabis regulations.

3. Return Requirements
Where a refund or exchange is approved, the product must be returned in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase. Failure to provide the required materials may result in denial of the request.

4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution.

 

5. Regulatory Compliance and Discretion
All refunds and exchanges are handled in accordance with applicable federal and provincial cannabis laws. We reserve the right to refuse any refund or exchange request that does not meet regulatory requirements or our internal policy standards.
